gratitude- or to be thankfull.I think we all have one or another thing we are thankfull for,but we don't thank it enough.
I came across this plenty of times...and I might have done in past[no evidences though :P]
so to start one new thing...what i got today is.."gratitude".
"gratitude challenge"
there are lots of ways you can do it..
-you can write a journal- like you can write pointers and say write 5/10 things you are greatfull for
this day or this life etc. in diary and carry it on till year end...read it..
-You can take a challenge- 30days,15days.7days challenges...to write every morning or in a day ..be thankfull
or say thanks to something or someone in your life.
-you can write a note of gratitute to someone in your life each day or once in a while.
-you can make a gratitude circle on a big sheet write everything you are greatful for..atick on wall ..
read once in a while.
-you can make a gratitute tree[garden/flower]-3d/drawing/crafty...just on every leaf there will be a gratitude..its a lovely decoration.
-then gratitude game/ gratitude month[jan/dec].
- gratitude jar- you can write each day or one day and fill a jar with things you are thankfull for.
- a group exercise...you can make such group , meet ,and discuss about things they are greatfull for and u are great full for.
- a gratitute walk...i dont think i need to explain more..
- carry a bracelet which say such quote or a locket,...stick something in ur loset,room,stairs...where u can see..
and certainly on a bad day it ll help u.
-say to someone u r greatfull to...email,text,call,meet...anyway.

NOW, what way i chose??
Gratitute journal- I am starting today.... writing each day atleast 3 things I am greatfull for...making it a daily habit.
how much time needed?
not more than a minute.
My experience-
As I was trying to write...i found there are lot many things I am greatfull for, than i thought ....it's amazing how we always say
I don't have this and that ...and we don't really see what we really have.
"struggle ends when gratitude begins".
