Day15,16,17- meet aa celebrity, watch a decade old movie, say thanks to coustomer care

so that was 1998, I chose 'lethal weapon 4'.
i have already watched so many from this list but just wanted to cut this thing off and mel gibson.

just met few in a marriage function in town...


Experience- idk i just said hi...nothing else...no pics evven...i guess i was not at all excited about it...as genreally people happen to be.
I guess those childhood dreams left long ago.

time taken- the meet was just of a minute...function was of full night.

day12,13,14- tie a tie,sunset and a fancy lunch

due to not able to be regular at posting and cutting more things from bucket list... I am groping few days so that we can just look at quick things...

thoush I have watched a lot of sunsets in my city itself..but finding a spot and sit there for a while was a new one for me...and it should not be a one time thing it should be a regular thing.

amazing !to have such a place where u can always go and watch a nice peacefull thing like that is amazing thing.

"tie a tie"
sure this could be a screaming one as I really don't know to tie a tie...

Mom works so hard...day and night and many a times without asking for any vacation...so she deserves a lunch out...
just a pizza is enough.

day 11: card shuffle

if you know anything about cards...you surely are familiar with various kinds of shuffling..
yes learning games is also imp...i know few but ll learn more afterwards..now my list is showing some
shuffling skills to learn.

day10: follow a sport

As we grow older we tend to forget how playfull we were as kids..somehow that becomes a reason for
health problems too..then when we have those problems then we try to do physical activities...
and body does'nt like it anymore...
In my case... i was a bit in sports till 2nd year of college...then on and off...here and there...
I think 2[not aprox] years ago I learned to skate and that sport bug hit me again...
It's difficult in my country to just play openly if you don't have friends near you, if you are
a girl [u see mostly boys playing around here] , and if you are not in cricket[I dont hate it...but I
don't like it either...I jus keep it upto date...n if some is watching or if it's world cup then I am intrested]..

I used to watch basketball [coz in skool I used to love it] , bike racing, water surfing , somewhere
football in between , olympics...
but i don't follow anything....I am not worshiping any team or player...

So this will be new...

According to my recent interests...
cycling,skating,badminton,adventure sports[rock climbing]...i guess there's no leauge for that...
I think badminton is a fair option, India has a leauge too...so it will be easy..


So for now http://www.pbl-india.com/ u can see here... recent events have been lined up by
cities...and it's on-going event right now[till a week].
so I can follow this...and see how it goes.

How I did it?
well I had no idea about any leauge...because i don't follow...but I just know few star players.
and I know my recent favourite sports...so I saw for each of them by googling them
n found easy one to follow is badminton...
though i follow real cyclists on fb [coz m on my way to be one], and i love watchng ice skates [olympics] too...

How much time it took?
probably 40mins.

My experience?
feeling energetic...I think it can be a great push up to play more.

Day9: gratitute challenge/ I am thankfull for / gratitude attitude



gratitude- or to be thankfull.
I think we all have one or another thing we are thankfull for,but we don't thank it enough.
I came across this plenty of times...and I might have done in past[no evidences though :P]
so to start one new thing...what i got today is.."gratitude".

"gratitude challenge"

there are lots of ways you can do it..

-you can write a journal- like you can write pointers and say write 5/10 things you are greatfull for
this day or this life etc. in  diary and carry it on till year end...read it..

-You can take a challenge- 30days,15days.7days challenges...to write every morning or in a day ..be thankfull
or say thanks to something or someone in your life.

-you can write a note of gratitute to someone in your life each day or once in a while.

-you can make a gratitude circle on a big sheet write everything you are greatful for..atick on wall ..
read once in a while.

-you can make a gratitute tree[garden/flower]-3d/drawing/crafty...just on every leaf there will be a gratitude..its a lovely decoration.

-then gratitude game/ gratitude month[jan/dec].

- gratitude jar- you can write each day or one day and fill a jar with things you are thankfull for.

- a group exercise...you can make such group , meet ,and discuss about things they are greatfull for and u are great full for.

- a gratitute walk...i dont think i need to explain more..

- carry a bracelet which say such quote or a locket,...stick something in ur loset,room,stairs...where u can see..
and certainly on a bad day it ll help u.

-say to someone u r greatfull to...email,text,call,meet...anyway.



NOW, what way i chose??
Gratitute journal- I am starting today.... writing each day atleast 3 things I am greatfull for...making it a daily habit.

not more than a minute.

My experience-
As I was trying to write...i found there are lot many things I am greatfull for, than i thought ....it's amazing how we always say
I don't have this and that ...and we don't really see what we really have.

Day8: step one for dancing..

well who doesn't love dancing?? I think those who deny love the most..
well I am not at all a good dancer...
but yes I believe I can dance..
So long before i decided to put in my bucket list to choose and learn some kind of dance form...

But admit it ...do u have so much time to do??
do u have years of comittment to perfect??

well I don't know about years, but yes I can spare some part of my life to learn some dance..
I ll decide how much time I need to put blah blah...

1st and biggest problem is to choose your dance form.
There are 100s of dance forms out there..few famous and few less famous.

What I am trying here is to choose 'top10', not according to the statistics,world record blah blah...
just by my memory and what i have seen and thought that it's intresting or at some point of time i must have thought I would love to learn that or wish i knew that.


TOP10 dance forms-
1. hip-hop [kinda cool ha]
2. ballroom dancing [a kind of fairytale]
3. tap-dance [just love, how u can produce music and dance at same time]
4. belly dancing [woah!]
5. bharatnatyam [i litreally adore it],kathak
6. bhangra,garba
7. break dance[who doesn't love that]
8. contemporary [it's like poetry]
9. flemenco
10. salsa,jazz,tango


The only dance I know right know is jungli[animal like] dance...haphazard, yet fun.😃😜
and a little bollywood...
but yes...i love dancing..
so here i took my 1st step towards it. [did not took me more than half hour].
next is to actually learn for that may be i need a teacher.

day 7: types of body massages

Ever felt stressed out, stiff muscles? just so much tiered that u need a massage???
well I guess we have all been there...
and in reality what happen?? either we dont have anyone who massages..
or probably living alone.

Whatever the case is ...I love massages...even giving them...
yes I have tried that n I know few techniques :)
so what I am going to do today...
well there is offcourse a wish in my bucketlist to recieve a proper spa [strangely I never tried
that...but I got a place near by my house...mi8 b on the weekend].
but today...

"learn about different types of body massages"

I know few things here and there...
I know a lot about reflexology, indian massages, essential oil massages[aromatherapy], and
I know a few self massage techniques too...

basically there are 9-10 famous type we all know [swedish, thai, stone, accupressure, ayurvedic,reflexology]
but lets dig little deeper.
[I might not mention very detail things here..but summary pointers.]


So basically around 22 types roughly[according to wikipedia ,not writing details here]




Genreally a misconception of massages as prostitution or some places show such news,should be avoided
n yes a proper research for such place is needed.

My experience:
this learning thing was good ...coz I always find relief after self-massage, so now I know what all to try now.

How I did it?
As mostly it was wikipedia and other websites ,mostly surfin. bascically i knew some of the info beforehand so it did not coast much time.

How much time it took?:
Not more than 1.5 hours [nd that too coz i was lazy to read it] ;)

what's next-
to try one asap.


So I know it's a common many people have 'to get a body massage' in their bucket list..
Truth is... we already had atleast once...90% of us...as a toddler ;) :)

welcome back and a happy new year

back again...after more than a month long gap...
well attended a marriage [done lots of new things]
visited a different city [a new city is itself a new thing to do]
then lazy over winter vacations...
in this time... talked to few people , visited a few people [that i do rarely]
binged movies, even i was lazy on x-mas this time...never happened .
cooked few new dishes ..

At this point a new year has been started...n to be true...not at all excited...
coz life should show some enthusisasm too now..
yes again planned a lot more things...
scheduled n all...
Bored! yawn!

but starting my bucket list again, not today but from tomorrow.
so will see you again regularly...
